Privacy Policy de aiproguru.com
Last updated: September 2026
1. What data we collect.
Account: your email and basic registration data.
Content: the messages you send to the chat, so we can reply.
Usage: pages visited, features used, and technical data (browser, device), to improve the service.
Payments: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card.
2. How we use it.
To operate the service, answer your messages, manage your subscription, improve quality, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Advertising.
We show ads through Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalize ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your Google account settings.
4. Third parties.
We share data only with necessary providers: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Google AdSense (advertising), each under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention.
Chats from sessions without an account are deleted when the page reloads. Your account data is kept while the account exists; you can request deletion by writing to [email protected].
6. Your rights.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent by writing to [email protected].
7. Children.
The service is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes.
We will publish any changes here with their update date.
9. Contact and legal identity.
Legal operator: AIProGuru
Contact: [email protected]
10. Projects and code.
When you ask the chat to create a project, its files are built in your session's temporary memory on the server — they are never stored on our servers' disk. The manual download button generates a temporary ZIP that lives only in the server's RAM for 30 minutes and is destroyed when it expires, when you discard the project, or when you generate a new one. We never use your code to train models.
11. AIProGuru Connector.
The Connector is an optional program you install on your own computer. It opens an encrypted outbound connection (wss) to aiproguru.com and does not open ports on your network. It only receives the projects you explicitly send, shows you a preview, and writes files solely inside your AIProGuruProjects folder after your on-device approval. Since version 1.3.0 it can also manage that folder on your behalf (create, read, edit and delete folders and files), but every operation requires your approval in the connector's terminal — since 1.3.1 you can choose “trust always” so it only asks once — and it can never leave the AIProGuruProjects folder. It never reads or uploads your other files. Device identifiers (name, OS) and a secret token hash are stored to recognize your linked devices; you can revoke any device at any time from /dispositivos.
